Training for Monday, January 4th at 7pm will be ropes and knots. This is one of those skills that's hard to stay proficient at; we don't use it nearly enough. So refreshers in this skill are a must. The knots link in the training tool box is a great resource. I recommend you check it out and also read chapter 9 of your J&B book. If your going to practice, practice with your gloves on.

Your Instructor will be Capt. St.Pierre.

Training for Monday, December 28th will be a fun night of Wii. All members, (Fire & Rescue), are encouraged to come. We will be playing various games on a Nintendo Wii on the big screen and having pizza. Never played? That's OK, most of us haven't either, but I ensure you it will be fun and bring plenty of laughs!! Everyone has worked very hard over the last year with trainings, so its time to relax, have a little fun and just enjoy each others company. Games to be played will be revealed that night, don't miss out on the fun!!
